Gordie Howe is a lot of things to a lot of people.
As Mr. Hockey prepares to celebrate his 80th birthday later this month -- a bash hosted by Vancouver Giants owner Ron Toigo and attended by such hockey luminaries as Jean Beliveau, Bill Gadsby and Marcel Dionne to name a few is being held tonight at GM Place -- we reflect on one of hockey's greatest ambassadors. Never mind players.
