Worst Snowstorms to Hit U.S.

The first three weeks of February are notorious for crippling snowstorms and blizzards affecting tens of millions in the East. Among meteorologists, you can't mention the Presidents' Day holiday without thinking of not one, but two major snowstorms.

 

Let's look back at ten February snowstorms that are burned in the memories of those in the East. We didn't attempt to rank these on impact, they all brought the affected areas to a standstill.
