Brought to you by Boeing, an airplane manufacturer famous for building major US bomber aircraft as well as the premier airliner manufacturer in the world, the 737 does not have the massive size, range, or capacity of the jumbo jets that get so much more attention. A medium sized short to medium range narrow body jet, the 737 has a single engine slung under each wing and can carry up to 215 passengers, though the smallest models carried only 85 people.
