Update (March 3, 8:43 a.m.): Dylan Farrow has responded to the news of Woody Allen’s memoir, calling it “deeply upsetting” as well as an “utter betrayal of my brother.” She also alleged that she was not contacted to verify details in the memoir—though the lack of fact-checking is standard process in the publishing industry where memoirs are concerned.
“Hachette’s complicity in this should be called out for what it is and they should have to answer for it,” Farrow added.
