Trump Isn't History's First Sore Loser

any Americans, left and right, have spent four years trying to understand Donald Trump’s thought processes, so it’s only fitting that we’ve spent the last two weeks concerned about his reaction to losing the election. Countless articles have emerged, all citing anonymous “administration sources,” asserting that Trump thinks he is the rightful winner and that he intends to fight to the end. We don’t even need the articles — Trump tells us as much himself. But whether Trump comes to terms with losing or whether he contests the results for the rest of his days won’t matter for his prospects. The results are the results. A concession from Trump would be wonderful, but isn’t necessary under the Constitution.
