The Last US Cavalry Charge in History

Twenty-seven cavalrymen charged Japanese infantry at Morong, Philippines, on January 16, 1942. They scattered hundreds of enemy soldiers and held their position for five hours. Only three men were wounded. It was the last mounted cavalry charge in U.S. Army history. Read Full Article »
